PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dimensional accuracy in a dry molded tile. SOLUTION: Recessed shapes (cross sectional shape) of lower and upper lap parts 22, 23 are almost circular arc. An intersection angle between a tangent line of the lower lap part 22 and a surface 21 is about 60°in a boundary 22a between the lower lap part 22 and the surface 21. An intersection angle between the tangent line of the lower lap part 22 and a surface parallel to the surface 21 is about 30°in the other end 22b of the lower lap part 22. In case of the upper lap part 23, an intersection angle between a tangent line of the upper lap part 23 and the surface parallel to the surface 21 is about 60°in a boundary 23a between the upper lap part 23 and a leg 26. An intersection angle between the tangent line of the upper lap part 23 and the surface parallel to the surface 21 is about 30°in the other end 23b. The surfaces of lower and upper lap parts 22, 23 are formed to be a recessed R surface, so that uneven pressure is not caused and the dimensional accuracy is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
