<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member with superior bending property and surface smoothness, a fixing apparatus and image forming apparatus using the fixing member. <P>SOLUTION: Fluorinated carbon resin of a separating layer in a fixing belt is constituted from two or more types of fluorinated carbon resin with different MFR. Among the fluorinated carbon resin, the fluorinated carbon resin with the bigger MFR is made to flow during baking, which improves the smoothness of a surface of the fixing belt. Furthermore, the fluorinated carbon resin with the smaller MFR, among the fluorinated carbon resin in the separating layer, improves the bending resistance in the fixing belt.
