PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow high-speed movement though a low noise is available in a mobile control system in a mechanical system. SOLUTION: A control device 204 generates feed forward control input to be provided to a control object 201. A filter section 209 filters the feed forward control input at a zone in proximity to a point of time when the model speed of the control object reaches target speed. The filtered feed forward control input is provided to the control object 201. Now, the filter characteristics of the filter section 209 has less deterioration in phase characteristics. Conducting filtering at such timing removes the vibration component of the feed forward control input generated after reaching the target speed and inhibits a delay in an operation.
