PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of securing an appropriate collecting space by preventing over loading of a medium housing. SOLUTION: The medium housing that has a liftable stage for collecting the media and is disposed attachably and detachably in a device body is provided with a stopper lever turning about a fulcrum axis as a stopper for stopping them at the maximum supplement number positions of the media. The stopper lever is energized in the direction of the stage by a spring member. The device body is provided with a push rod that penetrates a side plate to abut on the stopper lever and turns the stopper lever in the opposite direction to the stage.
