A body seal device, wherein a case (1) in a wound around state by film is stored in the pocket (P) of a turret (7) so that the rear end face of the case is positioned at an opening (14), and the rear end face of the case in the pocket is pressed by a primary heater (23) and a secondary heater (24) through a push-in force transmission means (52) until the case abuts on the bottom part of the turret and the folded-up upper and lower part flaps (fa) and (fb) are heat-sealed. After the case abuts on the bottom part, since a push-in resistance is increased, the spring (44) of the push-in force transmission means (52) is extended to suppress the transmission of a push-in force. The rear end face of the case on which the upper and lower part flaps are folded up is rotated by a specified angle in a pressed state by an arc guide (21), the case is pushed in the bottom part and temporarily sealed by the primary heater and then sealed by the secondary heater. Thus, even if there is a variation in work dimensions, the case can be tightly sealed without causing wrinkles on the film.
