PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold temperature adjusting system capable of giving a highly qualified molded article showing no defect such as a weld and the like in a short cycle time using a simple construction. SOLUTION: The mold temperature adjusting system has automatic switch valves 51 and 54 each mounted on a cooling water supply pipe supplying the cooling water to the mold in the mold temperature adjusting apparatus adjusting the temperature of the mold mounted on a molding machine to shape a resin, and a controlling means 60 cooling the mold with the cooling water supplied under a delayed switch control to the automatic switch valves 51 and 54, the control making a delay of a predetermined time from the mold closing time based on a mold closing signal generated at a time of mold closing.
