<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat efficiency by preventing heat energy of a combustion gas from being emitted to the external through a trivet. <P>SOLUTION: In this gas cooking stove 1 of an embodiment, a mixture gas of a fuel gas before combustion and the air for combustion is allowed to flow to an annular placing part 11 of a burner 4 kept in face-contact with a rear face (back plate 16) of a trivet ring 14, to absorb a small amount of heat radiation which can not be completely insulated at a clearance 18 between a front plate 15 and the back plate 16. Accordingly, the mixture gas can be preheated by heat energy which is emitted in a conventional case, in other words, the emission of heat energy of the combustion gas to the external can be minimized, the heat efficiency can be improved, and the impairing of cooking environment by the heat radiation from the trivet 5 can be inhibited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
