PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a planetary gear, shorten operation flow passage by positioning all the clutches in the front, and improve gear shift response property using a one-way clutch. SOLUTION: In this power train of automatic transmission for a rear wheel driving vehicle constituted by combining a first, a second, and a third planetary gear sets which are single pinion planetary gear sets, a first ring gear and a second planetary carrier are fixedly connected and combined, a second ring gear and a third planetary carrier are fixedly connected and combined, and a third ring gear and a first planetary carrier are fixedly connected and combined. A second sun gear is fixed on and connected with an input shaft, and a third sun gear is selectively connected with and fixed on the input shaft and a transmission case. The second planetary carrier is selectively connected with the input shaft through a second clutch on the other side, and the third planetary carrier is selectively fixed on the transmission case.
