PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case structure whose outward shape design is cylindrical and which can be finished to various lengths and diameters and is low in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In the case structure having a joint member 2 and a case member 3, the joint member 2 relatively has a couple of engagement parts 2b and the case member 3 is formed of a flexible flat plate which has both ends formed of one edge part 3a and the other edge part 3b and can be curved nearly in a C shape; and the one edge part 3a of the case member 3 is fitted to the one engagement part 2b of the joint member 2 and the other edge part 3b is fitted to the other engagement part 2b respectively in engaged states.
