PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage draining/for resource recovery and an inspection container for mixed foreign mater on a pre-stage before a garbage container for storage, in which garbage is drained to be prevented from getting rotten, and in which foreign matter is checked to remove to satisfy two necessary conditions for returning the garbage to resource for future age. SOLUTION: This device has a beautiful appearance to be constantly kept in a kitchen, under consideration of handicapped or aged people. It is provided with an outer container 2 with a lid 1, and a detachable strainer 3 provided inside. Handles 4 are provided on side surfaces of the outer container and the lid.
