PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device that can process and edit pleasant memory video by skillfully combining video imaged by a camera, video sent from a partner and the like. SOLUTION: The portable terminal device comprises a video storage part 30 for storing both video imaged by the camera and video received from a partner, a video processing part 31 for reading and processing arbitrary video stored in the video storage part 30, a video editing part 32 for editing or continuously connecting a plurality of pieces of video including the video processed by the video processing part 31, a display command part for commanding the display of the video edited by the video editing part 32, and a display part 4 for displaying the edited video when the display command part commands the display of the edited video.
