PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and automatically deliver laminated thin plates one by one even if deflection or torsion is generated in flatness, and to deliver the laminated thin plates while cleaning them even if dust or a foreign material is adhered to a surface and a back surface thereof. SOLUTION: An elevator 5 to be elevated by an elevating cylinder unit 4 is loaded with the laminated material, and raised to push the laminated material to a reference member 7 provided with a reference plate 11 and a roller 12. Thereafter, a pushing cylinder unit 15 is operated to apply constant pushing force to the laminated material, and an extruding cylinder unit 17 is operated to extrude a thin plate W positioned in the highest stage, and an eliminator 3 provided at the downstream side eliminates dust and a foreign material adhered to a surface and a back surface of the thin plate W for delivery.
