MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT FOR COMBUSTION IMPROVER WHICH USES ORGANIC SLUDGE AS RAW MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process which can obtain a combustion improver having a reduced water content at a reduced facility expenditure and a reduced cost, using an organic sludge as a raw material. SOLUTION: Residues-on-sieve 30 separated in the pretreatment of an organic sludge containing a raw sewage or a septic tank sludge, the organic sludge 24 containing the raw sewage or the septic tank sludge from which the residues-on-sieve have been separated, and excess sludge 28 obtained by biologically treating the above organic sludge are mixed to obtain the mixed sludge 36 whose mixing ratio of the residues-on-sieve is 15-60 mass%. Then the mixed sludge 36 is added with a coagulant 46 to coagulate the sludge to obtain the coagulated sludge 52. Subsequently, the coagulated sludge 52 is dehydrated with a rotary pressure dehydrator 50 to obtain the combustion improver using the organic sludge as the raw material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
