PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel for microscope having light and inexpensive constitution, in which the height of an imaging apparatus attaching part can be secured without using an optical element for extending an image position and there is no degradation of colors and an image of an imaging optical path. SOLUTION: In the lens barrel for microscope, a lens frame 9 holding imaging lenses 8 is slidably provided along an optical axis (n) in the lens barrel frame 2 of the lens barrel. A pin 14 which is attached at tip of a shaft 15 which is rotatably supported with respect to the lens barrel frame 2 is attached to the lens frame 9. Since the pin 14 is positioned at a position shifted from the center axis of rotation of the shaft 15, when the shaft 15 is rotated, the lens frame 9 is moved in the up and down directions by the pin 14.
