EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION COMMAND SYSTEM AND CALL CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient emergency communication command system capable of automatically responding to a "119" call to hold a line before an answer of a receptionist and allowing a responder to call an informant by recalling regardless of informant's line disconnection (on-hook operation), thereby coping with an emergency call appropriately. SOLUTION: The emergency communication command system comprises; a line controller 2 which is installed in a firehouse and incorporates a controller 3 and a storage device 4 and automatically responds to a call from an informant on reception of the call to hold a line and holds the line regardless of informant's line disconnection before an answer of a receptionist; acceptance terminal machines (receptionists) 5a and 5b which display the state of the line to recall the informant; attendant trunks 6a and 6b; a central office line trunk 7; and a private line trunk 8.
