FIELD: canned food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves rubbing raw fruit material; decanting; mixing centrifugate with sediment; performing repeated decanting procedure and separating centrifugate; heating; charging into cans and providing thermal processing. Before repeated decanting procedure, solid residue is introduced into mixture of centrifugate and sediment, said solid residue being produced after extracting of Mortierella beljakovae micromycet biomass.
