<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for vehicle for executing proper display for supporting an operation. <P>SOLUTION: Information associated with traffic regulation/instructions corresponding to a road ahead of the own vehicle is acquired (S40), and the degree of caution showing the degree of a user's caution which the user should pay attention to the road ahead of the own vehicle is decided based on the acquired traffic regulation/instructions (S50), and a display image showing the region of a road whose display mode is different according to the determined degree of caution is generated (S80), and the generated display image is displayed at the position of the road in the display region of a windshield (S90). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
