摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make further thinning possible while securing a movable range of a guide shaft required for skew adjustment. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a coil spring 47 for energizing an end 42c of a guide shaft 42 toward a direction perpendicular to a principal surface for a base 15; a bearing member 46 having an adjustment screw 51 for adjusting a position where the end 42c of the guide shaft 42 is supported by applying pressure to the end 42c of the guide shaft 42 from the opposite side where the coil spring 47 energizes, and a guide slit 49 for guiding the end 42c of the guide shaft 42 toward the direction perpendicular to the principal surface of the base 15. The guide shaft 42 has an engagement surface 42d on which the adjustment screw 51 engages with the end 42c inserted into the guide slit 49. This engagement surface 42d is notched and formed toward the direction perpendicular to the axis of the guide shaft 42 from an outer circumference part on the side in which the adjustment screw 51 engages with the end 42c of the guide shaft 42.
