PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel structure capable of attaining its low cost. SOLUTION: A front suspension strut 25 is fixed to a knuckle spindle 21 of a wheel hub 13 and then an arm fixing part 22 is supported by a suspension lower arm 32. A driving mechanism 42 is fixed between the knuckle spindle 21 and the arm fixing part 22. A driving force from a motor 45 of the driving mechanism 42 is outputted from a front wheel shaft 46 through a gear stored in a gear box 44. The front wheel shaft 46 is inserted into and passed through a cylindrical part 43 of the wheel hub 11 and fixed to a road wheel 12. A brake mechanism 71 provided with a brake shoe 72 is installed between a drum part 54 of the road wheel 12 and a cylindrical part 43 of the wheel hub 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
