PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-function (start, joining) structure capable of assisting the joining of webs to each other and also assisting the start of a winding process. SOLUTION: The rear end parts of the webs are stuck to a winding core through a two-component structure having a core component stuck on the core and a web component stuck on the web. These two components are releasably stuck on each other. This structure assists the start of winding, and when the winding is completed, the web component is released from the core component, and the area of an adhesive agent on a part of the web component extending from the rear end part of the web is exposed.
