PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container scarcely causing a leakage of a liquid, even when its wall thickness is small, having light weight, and excellent in heat insulating characteristics. SOLUTION: The method for molding a fluid holder made of a foamed resin using a crystalline resin by using a refrigeration die has an impregnation process which carries out impregnation of the fluid of super-criticality into the crystalline resin of a desired shape under the temperature which can conserve the product shape of the fluid holder by the above-mentioned crystalline resin and under the condition of a temperature (T<SB>1</SB>) which is higher than the temperature in the below-mentioned foaming process, and has a foaming process where the foaming is carried out under a temperature lower than the temperature in the above-mentioned impregnation process, and under the condition of a temperature (T<SB>2</SB>) which is higher than the crystallization temperature of the crystalline resin. In addition, the temperature fall from the time of the above-mentioned impregnation process to the time of the foaming process is carried out by cooling inside and outside of the above-mentioned refrigeration die.
