PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonslip structure of a construction machine having sufficient antislip effect even in rain, snow and the like and allowing safety work without injury even when workers put their hands, knees or the like on a nonslip member. SOLUTION: The nonslip structure of the construction machine comprises a base plate 1 serving as a step or a footing on a machine upper surface or the like and the nonslip member 2 provided on an upper surface of the base plate 1. The nonslip member 2 is formed of a sheet body 2a made of rubber sheet and a number of protruding portions 2b provided on a surface of the sheet body 2a. A cover 6 formed with a number of holes 6d respectively corresponding to the number of protruding portions 2a provided on the nonslip member 2 is laid over the nonslip member 2 with the protruding portions 2a projecting from the holes 6d formed in the cover 6.
