<p>The present invention relates to a chocolate article comprised of a chocolate coating and an inner filling wherein the invented chocolate article is characterized in that the inner filling is comprised of a mixture consisting of 2.8 to 4.2 parts by weight of fondant sugar, 2.8 to 4.2 parts by weight of ground dry plums, 0.8 to 1.2 parts by weight of sugar, 0.92 to 1.38 parts by weight of absolute alcohol, 0.12 to 0.18 parts by weight of citric acid and optionally 0.0032 to 0.0048 parts by weight of plum aroma.</p> |
