PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding mold into which an injection molding resin can be injected at a high speed and which is capable of high speed molding, prevents the occurrence of a weld line and gas burning on a surface, and can produce a high quality injection-molded article and a method for producing the injection-molded article using the mold. SOLUTION: The injection molding mold is composed of a fixed mold and a movable mold installed openably/closably and forms a cavity for molding when closed. A communication hole communicating with the cavity is formed in the fixed mold or movable mold. A closing member which can open and close the communication hole is set in the communication hole.
