The method involves storing telephone numbers and addresses of clients in a database (24). The telephone number of a caller is identified and address (12) of the caller is searched in the database. A voice message is sent to the caller, over a telephone line (28), upon identifying the caller address to indicate an order acceptance. The order and associated address of caller are then forwarded for execution of the order. An independent claim is also included for a device for automatic processing of telephone orders.
