PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for overhauling a T-die laminator capable of reducing the occurrence of spitting in a thermoplastic resin film and capable of enhancing productivity by a short-time effective method to reduce an operation cost. SOLUTION: In the method for overhauling the T-die laminator for extruding a thermoplastic resin from an extruder at a speed of 150 kg/hr or below and forming the thermoplastic resin film to laminate the same on the surface of a steel sheet, a screw alone for melting the thermoplastic resin to feed the same is disassembled and cleaned, and the resin stagnated in a screw to be deteriorated is removed to reduce the occurrence of spitting in the thermoplastic resin film.
