PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pronged protector that disables an intruder who grabs a U-shaped part or bar part of the two-pronged protector, for example, to try to remove or wrest the two-pronged protector for removing or wresting the two-pronged protector, by canceling the force by a rotation, slide or slip of a tubular member. SOLUTION: The two-pronged protector has, round the bar part and U-shaped part, the tubular member having a larger diameter than the bar part and U-shaped part and comprising a tube or pipe, for example, of synthetic resin.
