The device (20) has a front screen and two lateral screens associated two by two in dihedrals. Each screen is associated to an image production device and has a polygonal shape. An edge of each dihedral is neither orthogonal nor parallel to each of planes formed by an axis of a reference trihedral having a schematic eye of an observer. The lateral screens are displaced by sliding along the edges.
