PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film delivery device capable of delivering long films as the films are connected among a plurality of film rolls to which the long films are wound. SOLUTION: This film delivery device is provided with a film feeding means 10 for feeding out the cylindrical film from the respective film rolls R by independently rotating and driving a plurality of the film rolls R set in a state of being stacked in tiers by a rotating and driving mechanism, a film setting means 20 for setting the cylindrical film F fed out of the plurality of the set film rolls R to a film set position, a film delivery means 30 for delivering the cylindrical film F fed from the film roll R to a labeling device, and a film connecting means 40 for connecting a trailing end of the cylindrical film F and a leading end of the cylindrical film F fed out of the film roll R before delivery at the timing when delivery of the cylindrical film F fed out of the set film roll R is completed.
