PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve easiness of layout of exhaust system by preventing interference of an exhaust muffler with other members by movement thereof and suppress deterioration of mount rubber due to heat without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: Both exhaust muffler side brackets 2 are fixed to the exhaust muffler 1 with forming a predetermined gap "h" with a rear surface of the exhaust muffler 1 and are composed of a vertical surface 23a provided with both exhaust muffler side support pins 22 and vehicle fore-aft direction surfaces 23b bent and formed rearward from an inner side edge part of the vertical surface 23a. The vertical surface 23a is arranged between a rear surface of the exhaust muffler 1 and mount rubber 4 respectively. The vehicle fore-aft direction surface 23b is arranged between a mount rubber 4 and a tail tube 13 connected to a rear surface of the exhaust muffler 1. The vehicle fore-aft direction surface 23b is arranged to regulate movement of the exhaust muffler 1 by making one of mount rubbers 4 abut on the vehicle fore-aft direction surface 23b when the exhaust muffler 1 moves in up and down and left and right direction.
