PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and precisely detect a forged examinee.

SOLUTION: A voltage applying part 71 applies two square wave input voltage having different frequencies to a finger 13 being a subject. A voltage measurement part 72 respectively measures output voltage being its responses. A discriminating part 74 calculates the impedance of the finger 13 being the examinee from the measured output voltage and investigates whether the impedance is within the range of the impedance of a living-body finger which is a reference stored in a storage part 75 to discriminate whether the finger 13 is living bogy.
