PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chimera enzyme obtained by stably linking an enzyme to a polypeptide having affinity to lipid, effectively bonding to a lipid-relating stain component in washing and having high detergent power to a composite stain containing lipid, and obtain a detergent composition containing the chimera enzyme. SOLUTION: The chimera enzyme has a polypeptide having affinity to lipid at its C-terminal and an enzyme at its N-terminal and the polypeptide is linked to the enzyme through a linker.
