FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, preparing of gerodietary products. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing and mixing fish farce, cabbage, tomato, bean flour, onion, carrot, sorghum groats, ground pike's pyloric appendages, edible salt, CO2-extracts of dill and celery, rape oil and preparation produced from Mortierella humilis micromycet biomass by sequential extracting thereof with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue. Components are used in dried state and at predetermined weight ratios. After mixing, product is packed. ^ EFFECT: provision for obtaining of gerodietary composition in the form of concentrate of dinner first course with increased digestibility of nutritive substances and increased content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamins. |
