PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent urethane sealing material composition which is used for a clean room, gives a rubber-like elastomer having a suitable modulus and high elongation and adhesiveness, does not generate a volatile component, does not allow a liquid substance, e.g. a plasticizer, to bleed to the surface of a cured article, and does not slump at the time of filling application even when it contains a cure accelerating catalyst. SOLUTION: The urethane sealing material composition is of a one-component moisture-curing type, contains an isocyanate-group-containing urethane prepolymer, a polyetherified sucrose resin substantially having no reactive functional group, and organically surface-treated calcium carbonate, is excellent in contamination prevention properties, does not contain a volatile substance component, e.g. an organic solvent, and does not slump even when having an enhanced curing rate.
