FIELD: medicine, curative physical culture. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating and preventing defects of posture, osteochondrosis due to fixing patient's vertebral column along longitudinal axis of support as a convex semi-cylindrical surface by providing instable balance upon the support. Patient should bend his knees, relax legs and put them onto the floor, relax hands. Patient should provide balanced position on the support due to redistributing the efforts of spinal muscular corset for 10-15 min daily till removing the pains and decreasing posture defects.
