PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fully enclosed motor capable of weight reduction, labor saving in maintenance and manufacturing cost reduction, by improving the cooling performance. SOLUTION: Tubular connection air ducts 21, 22 are respectively provided on the outside of each of openings at both ends of a stator frame 1, and a tubular cooling air duct 23, having a surface, is disposed between the connecting air ducts 21, 22. One end of each of internal spaces of the connecting air ducts 21, 22 communicates with an in-machine space via the opening in a stator frame 1, and the other end thereof communicates with an internal space in the cooling air duct 23.
