METHOD FOR HEMIPTERAN INSECT PEST CONTROL IN PADDY FIELD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for hemipteran insect pest control in a paddy field, maintaining effects of chemicals until early autumn by extending residual effects as long as possible. SOLUTION: The method for hemipteran insect pest control in a paddy field comprises applying an agrochemical-containing fertilizer composition along ridges in the paddy field when transplanting seedlings, which composition comprises a fertilizer ingredient and a nitromethylene, nitroimino or cyanoimino insecticidal compound having≥100 ppm water solubility.
