The method involves connecting secondary low temperature hydraulic circuits in rooms (2a-2c) of a premise (1), with a high temperature primary hydraulic circuit, using an individual control device (8) of the secondary circuits. Operation of each secondary hydraulic circuit is regulated by recirculation of low temperature hydraulic fluid and supplying high temperature hydraulic fluid from the primary circuit, using the device. An independent claim is also included for a heating installation for a premise having multiple rooms.
