The engine has intake (3, 4) and exhaust (5,6) units allowing gaseous combustive-fuel and burnt gas to enter and escape into and from a combustion chamber (1), respectively. Two connection zones (15, 16) are formed between pipes (7, 8) and the intake units respectively, for creating pairs of adjacent air streams (9,10,13,14) within the chamber. The streams form concentric stratums along a pistons sliding axis (2). An independent claim is also included for an injection method for a heat engine.
