PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic memory device to which information can stably be written by efficiently utilizing a magnetic field formed by a current flowing through write wires and which can more simply be manufactured and to provide a manufacturing method of the magnetic memory. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method can be more simplified by including: a laminated body forming step for forming a pair of laminated bodies S20a, S20b on a substrate 31; a lower yoke forming step for forming a lower yoke 4B to cover at least a pair of the laminated bodies S20a, S20b, and a write wire forming step for forming a pair of first parts 6F and write bit wires 5a, 5b on the lower yoke 4B at the same time via an insulation film 7A as a first insulation film so that the first parts 6F and the write bit wires 5a, 5b are arranged adjacent to each other in a first layer L1.
