The leg has two inner legs in which one leg (4), on which a cap (5) is positioned, is inserted into the other leg (2). A rod (6) has an end that is coupled with another cap (8) to position a nut on a head part (9). The caps activate a spring (7) positioned inside the former leg, such that suspension of the spring is defined. The rotation of the head part is arrested when the legs are rotated so that the suspension of the spring is adjusted. An independent claim is also included for a seat of furniture.
