PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar or concrete spraying method capable of keeping the carrying capacity for both cement milk and aggregate to a high level and of performing spraying of high-strength mortar or concrete very efficiently. SOLUTION: Mortar material 1 or concrete material is obtained by mixing together aggregate 8 supplied from an aggregate force feed system 9 and cement milk 13 supplied from acement milk supply mean 14, in the mortar or concrete spraying method for spraying the mortar material 1 or concrete material, part of water 12a and 12b constituting the mortar material 1 or concrete material is added to the aggregate 8 supplied from the aggregate force feed system 9, and an interfacial active agent is added to the aggregate.
