PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking tape or sheet which is flexible, has excellent following capability to an object to be stuck, is easy to cut and is excellent in coloring properties, weather resistance and so on, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The marking tape or sheet is prepared by laminating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the surface of a urethane resin layer which is prepared by reacting and curing 100 pts.wt. polyol component and A pts.wt. polyisocyanate component having a distance between cross-linking points (weight-average molecular weight/number of isocyanate groups) of 220-570. The above A is expressed by a following formula: A=100aX/Y (wherein, a is a constant; 0.067 to 0.135, X is a hydroxyl value of the polyol component, and Y is percent by weight of isocyanate groups in the polyisocyanate component). The marking tape or sheet has a strength at 2% elongation of 0.40 to 2.20 kg/15 mm width and has a breaking elongation of 50-300% at 5°C and 35°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
