PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform seamless cooperation capable of reducing loads upon application between a basis processing part and the application in a mobile communication terminal. SOLUTION: First, when a simple type processing request A is given to specify that the halt processing of the application 33 is unnecessary by the application 33, the basic processing part 31 halts an execution task 35 of the application 33 without requesting the halt of the application 33. As a result, the application 33 stops in a state of the halt of the execution task 35. Subsequently, the basic processing part 31 performs processing specified by the simple type processing request A. When the execution of the processing specified by the simple type processing request A is completed, the basic processing part 31 restarts the execution task 35.
