ELECTROMAGNETIC DISK BRAKE AND WINDLASS WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic disk brake capable of relaxing impact noise of the brake and making it possible to accurately confirm operating condition of the brake with a small number of parts items, and to improve degree of maintenance free operation thereof. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic disk brake is provided with a disk 7 to be integrally rotated with a rotary shaft 5 of a motor, an armature 10 and a plate 11 arranged at positions to pinch the disk 7, a spring 9 for pushing the armature 10 toward the disk 7, and an electromagnet 13 for attracting the armature 10. A buffer material 14 with a pressure sensor is provided between the armature 10 and the electromagnet 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
