PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorber for absorbing a high frequency radio wave to be usable for an advanced cruise-assist highway system (AHS) and being transparent to be usable for adhesion of the radio wave absorber to a display face of an existing display board. SOLUTION: The transparent radio wave absorber comprises a laminate having at least (I) a layer whose surface resistivity is 9 to 50Ω/sq., (II) a polycarbonate resin with a thickness of 0.13 to 0.26 mm, (III) a layer whose surface resistivity is 250 to 450Ω/sq., and (IV) a polycarbonate resin with a thickness of 0.13 to 0.26 mm in this order. The laminate has a light transmissivity of 60% or over in the layered direction stipulated by the JIS K 7105. The layers (II) and (IV) may be a polymethacrylic acid methyl resin with a thickness of 0.13 to 0.27 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
