A method and a system are provided to process multi-documents by outputting the multi-documents while converting the multi-documents into an electronic document. Desired multiple documents are converted electrical documents to be outputted. An output position and a direction for electronics tally impression are set(300). The electrical tally impression is stamped on a rear page of a prior document and a front page of a posterior document. A position of a direction of the electronic tally impression is set according to the output position and the output direction of the electronic tally impression(350). Documents having the electronic tally impression are printed. The position and the direction are randomly determined. The electronic tally impression is one of a sign, a water mark, an ID, one dimensional bar-code and a two-dimensional bar-code.
