PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a pipe wherein a base part of a nut or a bolt having an annular recessed groove is firmly fixed to an end part of the pipe. SOLUTION: In this joint structure of the pipe 10 achieved by fixing the base part of the nut 20 or the bolt to the end part of the pipe 10, the base part of the nut 20 or the bolt has the approximately cylindrical shape having an outer diameter corresponding to an inner diameter of the pipe 10, the base part of the nut 20 or the bolt has the annular recessed groove 22 extended in its circumferential direction, the base part of the nut 20 or the bolt is fitted to the end part of the pipe 10, a part corresponding to the annular recessed groove 22 of the pipe 10 is partially pressed and deformed 11 into the annular recessed groove 22, and an edge part of the annular recessed groove 22 is collapsed and deformed 22a by the deformation of the pipe.
