摘要 An installation method for a bridge using a prestressed composite beam is provided to reduce the cost required for installing a casting yard by reducing the width of a casting yard by installing a prestressed composite beam manufactured by connecting unit prestressed composite beams mutually on a bridge. The installation method for a bridge using a prestressed composite beam manufactured by connecting unit prestressed composite beams split into the appointed length using precast couplers comprises the steps of: splitting a cambered H-beam(27) into the appointed length; forming a joint(40) by adding a gusset plate(22) on upper and lower flanges and a web of the split H-beam and connecting with a high-strength bolt(21); occurring tensile stress on a lower flange by applying preflexion load downward on the coupled H-beam; manufacturing a unit prestressed composite beam by arranging reinforcing bars over whole section of the lower flange except the joint(40), installing a steel wire or a steel bar, placing lower casing concrete, installing pressure plates on both ends of the lower casing concrete, and laying a coupling end plate applied with epoxy on both ends of the joint(40) of the lower casing concrete, then removing the preflexion load; splitting into each unit prestressed composite beam by unfastening the bolt, then carrying into a construction site; forming a joint by installing the split unit prestressed composite beam on a support installed for installing a bridge and connecting the unit prestressed composite beam using a high-strength bolt(21); coupling the steel wire or the steel bar extended from one end of the lower casing concrete using a coupler in the joint(40); forming a prestressed composite beam by inserting a precast connecting block applied with epoxy, then placing concrete into the joint; applying secondary compressive force on the prestressed composite beam by placing bridge slab concrete on the prestressed composite beam and applying tensile force on the steel wire or the steel bar inserted into the lower casing concrete; and after installing a bridge using the prestressed composite beam completely, installing the equipment required for a bridge on the bridge slab concrete.
