PURPOSE: A data recording medium, a data recording device, a data recording method, a data reproducing method and a data transmission device are provided to record digital data and identifier information on the same data recording medium, thereby increasing user convenience without receiving plural data recording media for every purpose. CONSTITUTION: Data limited for UID1 promotion are reproduced(S1). A user accesses a server, so that the server can decide whether the data are purchased or not(S2,S3). If so, the server charges for a service, and validates UID-n data(S4). The server reproduces the corresponding data(S5). Plural pieces of identifier information related to each of digital data are pre-recorded. The plural pieces of the identifier information consist of the first identifier information related to the digital data used for the first purpose, and the second identifier information related to the digital data used for the second purpose.
